CTF LEARN:PDF by fdpumyp

fdpumyp is a beginner level gauged challenge that involves finding hidden content inside a file.

The first step is downloading the file and going to its location

We cd into the file location, the file is named “dontopen.pdf”

We now use strings to check for hidden information in the PDF using the following syntax:

strings command syntax

After running the syntax, the content in the PDF is revealed and we find the password at the bottom of the PDF

flag found

And there , we have our flag
